Lakeside Association Events
Everyone is Welcome!
In 1969, Lakeside Postmaster Jim Budak sent a letter to neighbors suggesting the formation of a community organization dedicated to raising funds for the improvement of Lakeside. This idea led to the establishment of the Lakeside Association, which continues to thrive over half a century later. Many activities introduced in the early days are still held today, including scholarships for River Valley graduates, the Memorial Day Ceremony, the July 4th Parade, and the Ice Cream Social.
Experience the best of Lakeside, Michigan, by attending our neighborhood events! We are a vibrant and thriving community of families and friends built on decades of tradition. Take a look at this year’s lineup of activities, and be sure to mark your calendar to join in the fun!
